Skinny Dip X Starbucks Event

I knew that this event would be amazing, since I love both the brands! As soon as I stepped in I was greeted with seasonal drinks and a goodie bag that contained the Skinny Dip and Starbucks collaboration phone case, chocolate, a pumpkin and a gift card on lattes (which is the only type of coffee I drink)

This event was a chance to meet other influencers that ranged from bloggers, youtubers, photographers and socialites from MIC and Love Island, such as Montana. Along with the amazing, Reggie Yates who was Djing. One of the best parts about the night was getting an amazing illustration done by the amazing Anjelica Roselyn and having pure cookie dough in a pot!

Skinny Dip and Starbucks definitely pulled off a great night and I can't wait to share other events I'll be attending!

Tangle Teezer at LoveBox

On the day Frank Ocean and Solange played Love Box, I got the chance to shoot for Tangle Teezers and Disney UK. (I'm not allowed to show the Disney photos due to the contract I signed, but I have linked their Instagram below). I worked with the Digital Fairy to shoot for Tangle Teezers and on the day I went around searching for fun hair styles to capture along with shooting their new brushes. Glitter, space buns and braids was definitely a consistent hair style along with sequin attires. You can view all the photos from LoveBox on the 'photography' tab. Make sure to check out my Instagram to see new upcoming shoots with brands and bloggers.

THE CLCK

I’m now in the process of changing my Instagram, so I thought this would be the perfect time to write about being the photographer for @TheClck brunch event at The Ivy Café in Marylebone! The ClCK is a network that is based on all the best influencers capturing amazing style and is founded by the lovely, @iamshannonj. The event also included brands from Sweaty Betty to Swarovski and the best part was meeting so  many lovely, fashionable influencers who I still continue to talk to over Instagram!

LONDON FASHION WEEK 2017

I have now worked London Fashion Week three times in a row! The first time I was an intern and I helped host influencer events for Ego, Superdrugs and many more brands. Whereas the second and third time I was photographing street style and I was even the event photographer for @TheClck brunch (an amazing influencer group).

Each Fashion Week is VERY stressful, but also rewarding. There’s always a sense of haste, moving across different venues to capture unique styles in such a short amount of time. To the point that I have even jumped into a car with another photographer who I met 5 minutes before and being driven to the next location. (I know stranger danger alert, but in that moment all I could think about is I need more outfit shots!) Plus these strangers ended up becoming my friends and mentors (saved my friendships there)

I still find it crazy that I've photographed great people such as Yasmin Sewell, Daisy Lowe, Adwoa Aboah, Katy Perry and many more. The photo of Katy Perry was my most viewed and shared photo, it reached over 2,000 people on Facebook and it was shared so many times on Instagram and Twitter! Let's hope this year will bring more amazing opportunities.

Debut's Mixer

I went to the second Debut Magazine Mixer event and networked with models, make-up artists, designers, singers and other photographers. It was a great environment to socialise with people in the industry who are roughly the same age. For the past year now I have worked with well-established people in the creative sector from photographers, stylists and CEOs of creative brands and therefore connecting with people who are trying to break into the same industry as me is quite nice and reassuring that I’m not alone.

On the night I indulged in their fancy pink strawberry cocktails and fruity cupcakes. Along with getting a free magazine to celebrate the launch of their second issue and a treats bag filled with skin care products and mini badges. Also please excuse the iPhone quality photos, I was to attend this event not photograph for it.
